Materials Used

Convenient flow regulation: FXP new rotary jet pump has a stable flow-head curve and can operate from zero flow to maximum flow without a minimum flow limit. Due to the special impeller design, liquid enters the rotor cavity through the impeller and maintains a stable process. Flow-head fluctuation is small, head variation remains limited when flow changes, and the pump offers variable flow with stable pressure output and no pulsation.

High efficiency and energy saving: FXP new rotary jet pump delivers high efficiency because the rotor cavity and impeller rotate with the main shaft and avoid disc friction loss like a multistage pump. In the small-flow, high-head range, efficiency is more than 3~5% higher than multistage and high-speed pumps, making it a high-efficiency and energy-saving product.

Strong versatility: FXP new rotary jet pump has low NPSH and differs from ordinary centrifugal pumps. As speed increases, the NPSHr value does not increase. It can handle liquid with 15% gas and can work with mixed steam and liquid media.

The product is easy to be serialized: FXP new rotary jet pump can adjust flow by changing the throat diameter of the header, pump speed, or diffuser section length of the header, and can change head by modifying the diffuser section or impeller outer diameter. The whole series only needs 3 basic pumps to realize stepless modular combination of all-series performance.

Low operation and maintenance costs: FXP new rotary jet pump usually only requires replacement of the mechanical seal. Compared with multistage, reciprocating, and high-speed pumps, it has fewer vulnerable parts, simpler manufacturing and processing, and lower operating cost.

Pump Rotation Direction

The rotation direction is CCW from pump discharge nozzle side. A wide range of material combinations can be used for the flow passage parts when the pump rotates counterclockwise.
